I preordered UFC 4 and it says i have to buy my pre order bonuses (PS4 & Xbox)

I purchased UFC 4 for pre order with the fighter pack and the extra octagons, but when i started the game it told me i have to purchase the octagon packs now, any help?

    Hey, all!

    The team put out a fix for this and anyone that was previously missing their pre-order content should now have them. We recommend checking your game's add-ons/extra content on your console to see if you need to install/download them if they are still not showing up.

    If you are still missing your content, please contact our Support teams below so they can pull up your account to ensure you get your pre-ordered content.

Anyone being affected by this, please provide me the following information so I can get it over to the team:

  • Xbox Gamertag/PlayStation ID
  • Region you're located in
  • Did you play the EA Access Trial
  • Have you tried reinstalling
  • Did you pre-order through UFC 2, UFC 3, or directly on the Xbox/PlayStation store
  • What content are you missing?

Played the trial
Tried deleting and reinstalling full game, it says aj and fury are installed but when I go on it says they are locked.

Bought from ps store direct

Missing all pre order content

    @kyleb1991 Hopefully they will get back to us soon but did you buy the Pre-Order & install it & then go to the Ea Acess & install the Demo? Cuz that’s what I did & I think that’s what’s causing this glitch!!!! & im missing half of the pre-order luckily I got Fury & Joshua still but I’m still waiting for the rest of the pre-order bundle

    Yeah hope they fix this soon, my xbox account shows that I should have the kumite/backyard customization packs and 500 points, i got the fighters, have done all the steps listed and nothing.
