I sent a beta request, but I haven't received my code for a long time( it's a shame(((((
I don't mean to alarm everyone. But it was a random selection closed beta.
So not everyone who signed up got a code.
It sucks. But that's life.
There will probs be an open beta in 2 weeks or so.

@JumanjiJasper"But it was a random selection closed beta.

People are saying this here, but where is the source for that?
At the time of signing up, there was no indication whatsoever that it would be a random selection. The confirmation very clearly stated "you WILL be emailed an invitation code" (emphasis by me), not "you might get randomly selected for an invitation code".EDIT: Also, I can't contact support. If I click "Select contact option" after chosing the game and so on, it just loads endlessly.

I was told the same on a live chat, they claimed that not everybody got a code who had signed up and stated that EA "probably meant to just say that the sign up had been successful" on the page which claimed that we will be emailed an invitation code. I don't know how they chose who got the code and who didn't, considering I had signed up on the 16th of June.

@SvvatterI'm not an English native speaker, but I'm pretty sure that "you will be emailed an invitation code" can in no way be interpreted as "probably meant to just say that the sign up had been successful". Especially given the fact, that the message started with "Success!", so they already said what they "probably meant to just say" with the proper word.
Again, there was no indication whatsoever, that this would be a lottery. This should have been communicated BEFORE people gave their private information, I'm sure lots of people wouldn't have signed up if they knew it would be a random select. At least I sure wouldn't have.EDIT: Also, why is there no official statement here regarding this issue? They were quick to come up with a solution for people who got a code for the wrong platform, but they are silent about the issue of people not getting a code at all. If it was a random selection, why not now officially say it?
