The error message you're getting is very specific in stating all active users. Are any other controllers logged in to your PS4?

If that is not the case, then there are several things you can try:

Multiplayer features require PS+

Make sure you are logged in to the proper PSN account

Try to logout from PSN and login again

Power cycle your console and router

If the issue persists, please let me know.

Having same issue on Xbox one...it sends me to my account page asking me to sign up for Xbox live.... I already have Xbox live gold... Already power cycled etc fix asap

I'm haveing the same problem. But, the worse part is that I can see that some of my psn friends are playing on-line right now.

What happens if you play with your account on another network? Tip: try temporary connecting through your mobile network. If this works then you know there is an issue with your network settings.

Hi my fifa 17 getting same problem since yesterday. Already reset everything but same issue. You can advise EA admin to check my logs. I think i've done your method almost 5 times. Checked my PSN connectivity no issue. Search google there was many EA users facing same problem. Please assist
