In order to access the online features UFC4 ps4

When I try to play an online fight in UFC I get an error and it says "in order to access the online features"

    @EA_Aljo I had an user that I wasnt able to play online with it and when I was starting the ps4 I was automatically logging in this user then I deleted it and now I can play UFC normally

Hi there, @tokocasual10 

Is that the complete message? I've seen that before, but normally I think it also says something about needing to be online or having a valid PS+ subscription. I might be wrong though. Regardless, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

      "In order to access the online features"

        Are you able to play other online multiplayer games? That sounds like it might be coming from Sony and not from our system.
