In order to access the online features UFC4 ps4

When I try to play an online fight in UFC I get an error and it says "in order to access the online features"

    @EA_Aljo I had an user that I wasnt able to play online with it and when I was starting the ps4 I was automatically logging in this user then I deleted it and now I can play UFC normally

Are you able to play other online multiplayer games? That sounds like it might be coming from Sony and not from our system.

    Thanks for letting me know. Try restoring your licenses with the steps here and rebuild your database with these instructions. Let's see if that helps.

        Apologies for the delayed response. I was away for the weekend. In the future, if you don't get a response fast enough, our advisors should be available to help out. A case can be opened here. As far as this particular issue goes, try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions in this article. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
