Apologies for the delayed response. I was away for the weekend. In the future, if you don't get a response fast enough, our advisors should be available to help out. A case can be opened here. As far as this particular issue goes, try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions in this article. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo EA told me that this is a bug and I want to report it
- EA_Aljo4 years agoCommunity Manager Thanks for the bug report. One more thing to try is deleting the personal saved data. This can delete any changes to settings as well as offline mode saves, but normally those will download from the cloud. I can't guarantee that though. To delete the personal saved data, go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate UFC 4 and delete the saved data. Try again and let me know what happens.
- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo I have tried it before and it didn't help
- EA_Aljo4 years agoCommunity Manager Have you spoken with Sony support about this? Again, that error message sounds like it's coming from Sony and not the UFC game, but without a screenshot, I can't tell for sure.
- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo I tried something else and now I can play online fights normally ,anyway.Thank you for the support
- EA_Aljo4 years agoCommunity Manager Great! Glad to hear it. What did you try that resolved this?
- 4 years ago@EA_Aljo I had an user that I wasnt able to play online with it and when I was starting the ps4 I was automatically logging in this user then I deleted it and now I can play UFC normally
