Hello Nils,

Thank you for your response, but this is more than just hair style & facial hair... the face is not the same, it is totally different...

I made many changes on my Internet Game face, but it is always the same avatar that appears on my PS4...

Can you try making a radical change to see whether this does get reflected at all? For example using an old picture of yourself with vastly different lighting.
