Invalid account

It dosen't work can't even get to point where I sign in this is BS 

This didn’t work for me, does anyone have any other ideas? 

I had the same issue until yesterday. I reset my EA password on my phone. Turn the game on>go to settings within the game’s home screen>Scroll down to account>EA Account>This should show your account info(Don’t click anything just back out of settings and for some reason it connects). 

I have to do this every time i play the game. It’s pretty ridiculous honestly but it’s nice to be able to do the career because it actually saves. 

Does not come up in game for me so I don't know what email address I used and EA help is no help it's been a year since I've been year since I've been able to play any EA titles online 

Unfortunately there is no fix to this other than creating a whole new gamertag on your console. 

EA help has been copying and pasting their responses and have turned me away from here and have made me find answers outside of this platform.  According to a few posts on Reddit EA advisors can only help you reseting your password thats it. Everyone else has had to make a new account or stop playing. Which is what I had to resort to, a refund of my money for Battlefield and this terrible experience I've had with EA.
