I understand that it's frustrating to go through account troubleshooting when all you want to do is jump into the game after a long day of work or on your day off. We're here to help point you in the right direction to get this fixed. We'd love to help get this fixed for players from our end, but for account security reasons we can't handle these requests on the forums. All account changes requiring security features must be done through our Help site in order to achieve the highest level of security for EA account owners. I hope you understand that we are aware of the obstacles and confusion some players may face and it's our role to help clear any of that confusion up for you in the process. We're always passing along feedback to our account security teams if there are gaps where players are getting stuck when they're trying to recover their accounts or make specific account changes. We apologize it's been a frustrating experience for you.
Our EA Help team on Twitter is always on standby if you're looking for any help around this too. There are limitations on what they can do with account changes, but they'll gladly walk you through any steps you're having some trouble with.
