The Play First Trial for UFC 4 is still set to go live today, though we don't have the exact time it will be available for each platform. I'd recommend keeping an eye out on the EA Sports UFC Twitter channel for updates. The team will most likely post an announcement there once it's available.

Some people are playing it some not able to? Also seen it will be on the 8th? If it's too much a problem to have the server up or something don't make boldface lies it's a crock of ish. And me and thousands of people stayed up all night waiting and waiting. Spent money on a promise? 330 central standard on August 7th and still no way for me to play this?
