Issues with the site and Game Face

Hi, a friend of mine was trying to create a Game Face to use in his new UFC game. However, when he went to the website, he was having quite a few issues. For one, for a number of times, he attempted to login and was not able to. The site kept bringing him back to the homepage. Also, when he finally did manage to login, he was still having trouble, this time with the Game Face feature. He downloaded and installed the required software but was still not able to use it. The page didn't seem to load or even really respond. Figuring it was just his computer, I tried doing the same thing on my own computer for him since I've done the Game Face feature on my computer before. Upon doing so, I also experienced all of the same issues that my friend did. I was just wondering what the problem could be and if there is anything that could be done. Thank you for your time.

    Can you please try downloading your gameface once more? We were able to resolve an issue regarding this at 1AM PST and it should be working now.

    Can you please try downloading your gameface once more? We were able to resolve an issue regarding this at 1AM PST and it should be working now.

    No you didnt fix it. re-downloading is not gonna fix the fact that the game face menu will not boot up. Thats the problem. As soon as you click the game face tab to enter the screen menu it boots you right back to the EA page every time. Thats the case EA. Not mad just frustrated please help.

    I'm having the same problem. I called support and chatted with them and they were unable to fix the problem. I work for Texas Instruments and when the website isn't working right, I report it and it is fixed the same day. Get on it EA!!!

    I think its the typhoon thats screwing everything up but way before the typhoon started this had been an on going issue with their web page. Ive tried all three browsers on my end. Chrome, and Explore does this. Mozilla let you see the page but signing in is not working.

    Hi,

    We just pushed an update to the website, can you please try once more?

    You should now be able to just directly visit www.easports.com/gameface and log in from there with your Origin account. 

    Any confirmation whether it works or not would be great. We will be reaching out to those individual users that are still experiencing issues post our website update.

    Well it stopped doing the redirect, but now it justs keeps asking me to sign in, and after I try twice it will not let me enter my email address and password. I tried on all three web browsers, btw. Do we still need the game face web browser add on? I can't find where to download it.

    Now its working. I finally got to create my gameface, and import my mug to my games. You guys are awsome. Thank you!
