It would also be good that we can catch kicks ( not fists ) . Send a middle kick in mma is risky because one can easily catch the leg.
Catching a high kick : right stick up
Catching a middle : right stick down
Checking a leg kick : right stick down

You can already catch a kick. It is the same commands to parry. You hold the commands to take them to the ground. This is also stamina based. So they have to have below a certain threshold to take them to the ground.
