My profile pic is blank and doesn’t show up

Hello! Hope someone can help.

i play on Xbox, and many users have their Xbox profile pic as their profile pic in the game. And I’ve used it as well forever, having the “default” profile pic and having my Xbox pfp show up. However, I tried changing my photo and now it’s just blank. I’ve tried changing the photo, changing the pfp in game and switching it back, restarting the game and Xbox, and still nothing. Anyone know how to fix this glitch?
