No shoulder locks in female career

Summarize your bug It's impossible to learn shoulder locks / kimuras in certain weights. So far it's always been possible for men, but not in my current women's FW career. Restarted several times. Obviously a sub-based template starts with those so doesn't need it, but a boxer will.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? career -> invite fighter
What happens when the bug occurs? It's not there
What do you expect to see? Well... shoulder locks.

If you can, please add Rousey or Tate as a tutor so we can learn it from them. Right now they're completely absent in career.

    Summarize your bug Female fighters cannot learn shoulder locks. When you go to invite a fighter, none of the fighters listed teach shoulder locks. So unless you start as a BJJ archetype, your fighter will never have them.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a career mode as a female in any weight class. Strawweight, flyweight, bantamweight; all female divisions have the same fighters available to invite, and none of them teach shoulder locks.
    What happens when the bug occurs? There are no fighters to learn shoulder locks from.
    What do you expect to see? A fighter that teaches shoulder locks, just like there is for male fighters.

    This is how the game has been since launch. There is also another bug where female fighters have mismatching tops and bottoms. Neither of these bugs have been addressed.

    Weird. This has been reported previously. Seems like the report is gone?

    @EA_Blueberry Ever hear anything back on this? It can't be intended that male fighters can learn shoulder locks and female fighters can't. Wouldn't make any sense.

    I can confirm this issue still exists as of October 29 2022. Would have been nice to get some kind of confirmation back from somebody about whether this omission was deliberate or whether they just don't intend to fix it.
