NOT Receiving Verification Code and CANNOT Open a Case with Adivisor

It's been over a month and I did not receive a single verification code email after thousands of attempts. So I tried to contact EA help by request a case with an advisor. I tried it three times, the first one was three weeks ago and until now I did not got respond from even a single advisor out of these three attempts. I don't know what the hell EA is doing. So right now I cannot link my steam account to my ea account because that need a verification code. I cannot log in to any EA game I'm playing because that need a verification code. I cannot change my email and add a phone number because that need a verification code. The whole EA Help experience is a nightmare.
