Online Rivalries game session no longer available

I can't find a specific friend on rivalries but it works with all my other friends. Just always says game session no longer avaible. I've tried everything ea has asked on the online chat and they told...

Additionally, you and your friend should both open the following ports to maximise connectivity, particularly with regard to matchmaking:

  Have you deleted and re-added that particular friend?
