Online Rivalries game session no longer available

I can't find a specific friend on rivalries but it works with all my other friends. Just always says game session no longer avaible. I've tried everything ea has asked on the online chat and they told me to post on here. My case number was 24018881. Contact me on [edit: email address removed]
I can't fight my specific friend on any mode.

    When I invite my friends my game freezes and it won't load up the fighters it will just bring up LT and RT to choose weight class but when I click them nothing happens. I can join my friends though when they invite me. Already tried reinstalling. (Xbox One)
