Open a case

I wanna open a case because i cant varify my email.

    Hey @ssel13 

    To start a new case and begin a chat, please follow these steps: 

      

    Go to our website, the EA Help homepage, by visiting this link: https://help.ea.com/help-home/ 
    Type 'EA App' in the search bar. 
    Click on "See all help topics." 
    Choose the "Manage my account" category. 
    Select "I need help logging in to my EA Account." 

    Start a chat with one of our support representatives.

Try to submit your case from a new incognito tab or use a different web browser.
