Please help never got points

Did you ever get your points that you purchased from the PlayStation Store? If not, check your PlayStation account purchase history to make sure the transaction fully went through.

If the transaction went through and the points are still missing, try a power cycle with the PS4.

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 1 minute.
2. Launch the game. 
3. If the points are still missing, please contact our Live-Support team by clicking HERE so they can provide the points to your account. Make sure you attach the proof of purchase to your case.
