Long story short.
Lets say you are in division 6 and your guys is 80 overall but your win lose record sucks.
What I found out that if you delete your fighter you will still keep all of your moves.
So basically you can recreate your fighter and still have him or her overall 80 and start off in Division one.
Thats how alot of people have nice records because they make their fighter as strong as possible then delete them and start in division 1 and basically beat all the noobies who are 69 or 70.
Its more common now because alot of people got this game when it first came out.
they should match people by their overall level not by division

Dude you're really late on that one, it's be a huge problem since launch, guys who keep deleting and restarting. You lose your attribute cards when you do that, and those are the ones you need to push your stats over the top, especially once you hit level 60.

Definitely a learning experience for them. No clue why they never fixed that. I know they patched in things to slow it, but it really should have been more about matchmaking. That likely turned a lot of people off to the mode.

Honestly if they adjusted the athleticism of the bases besides boxers it would make UT a little more balanced, that plus not enough attribute cards to get them up to a competitive level. I don't get why the made grapplers so weak, the majority of UFC champs and hall of fame members come from a grappling base.
