Everyone is spamming posture up transitions and/or submissions. The game is broken because of this. Bad players can win by submission because submissions minigames don’t require skill like in ufc 3. Its a matter of luck (circumstance) and fighter’s stats. Awful! And posture up transitions are almost instant. Some people are just spamming this until you cant protect yourself from their ground and pound. What an awful game.
I hope they revisit the ground game for UFC5. Obviously, that's looking ahead a little but, but right now the ground seems very stale. It just becomes a waiting game to deny a transition and then use your grapple advantage to move position.
U can literally do all that by holding RB. In order to instant transition postured up, u have to have ur opponent tired or moving their head too much, or have a big grapple advantage when u posture up. To posture back down manually, its always RB and down on the right stick. People are complaining about things they simply just dont know how to do. Its all still in the game.
Not gonna lie, this most recent patch definitely broke it. They’re doing too much with each patch and it doesnt seem like they’re actually testing things in game before releasing them.
