Community AdminThe emails don't have to be the same. What's important is making sure you're linking up the EA account that has your Gamertag linked to it to the Amazon account.
A common mistake is where players have two EA accounts. One has the Gamertag on it (the PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag you play on) and the other EA account is a fresh account with no Gamertags on it.
Visit profile.ea.com and check under Connected Accounts to make sure you are linking up the correct account. If you see your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag there, that means you're on the right account.
