Profile not permitted to play... Or hardware mismatch

Playing apex legends and I am getting told that my profile isn't permitted to play online and/ or hardware/ identity mismatch. Thought it was my old console so upgraded but still same problem. Done all the router restarts and everything but still not working I might get 1 game in a hour.

Also I have a LVL 150+ and when it loads to the main character screen in mode box is coming up with orientation still please help and rectify the problems
