I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
still didn’t work, it even shows i’m signed into my ea account so i don’t know what the issue is.

Having same issue on PS4 and its not a power cycle issue it is a server issue . May be possible to plus members getting the free download for February? It keeps telling me my account password needs to be reset and I have done so with no results.

When you visit profile.ea.com do you see your PSN ID under Connections?

If it's been a while since you updated the email address for your account, I can't say what you're experiencing is due to someone else gaining access. A lot of players created EA accounts a LONG TIME ago when they first logged into an EA game, so it's understandable some players might have super old email addresses they no longer use/have access to.
Our Support team can locate your EA account that has your PSN ID, verify ownership, and update the details for you.

Basically given up now no issues with any other ea games going online just the free ufc 4 download even unlinked an old account unlinked the new account then re linked it through opening ufc 4 shows online psn and a tick so deffo linked like before as the support team agreed no issue with server no issue with ea account blamed psn or connection issue I'm fully online mates on ps4 are online and sending me invites just won't let me go online seems ironic how they have the payed for version 🤔
Community Manageri can play career mode but i can’t play online and when i try to play online it brings me to that and tells me i can’t access the online features because im not signed into ea or playstation servers which i am.

I am under the impression you have PlayStation Plus.
Do you use a custom profile pic for your PSN ID and have you tried resetting the password for your account?
Community ManagerIf you're unable to access the online servers, make sure all your Gamertags (Xbox) or PSN IDs (PlayStation) are signed out as one user mentioned here which fixed it for them.
