I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Community ManagerThere was a problem earlier, but it has recently been resolved. Since you still can't connect, there could be an issue with your connection. As a test, can you try switching to a mobile hotspot and let me know if that connects or not?
It didn’t work. Every other game works online. everything except ufc 4. Everyone on here is having this issue and you guys keep saying check your internet. Is there any other answer or solutions you can offer or are you gonna ask me to go to McDonald’s and try their Wi-Fi next?

Its the same for me it says that im unable to connect to the servers im on xbox my internets fine and iv restarted router xbox i opened ufc4 on a different account and it works fine but on my main it doesnt let me llay
