Do you play on WiFi? If so, are you able to move the console closer to the router so you can go wired to see if you can connect that way? This is so we can determine if it's an issue with the WiFi network we'll need to troubleshoot. Servers are up and players are online, so this is some type of account or networking issue we'll need to troubleshoot here.
