Are you declining fights to try and get the one you want rather than just accepting the first fight offer that comes your way? That's how I got both of mine.

I've tried this before and it has and hasn't worked. It shouldn't have to be this way though. Dana even tweeted about me getting a title shot for 5 fights before I actually got it. By the time I won the belt, there was 1 person in the top 10 that I hadn't beaten and only 4 in the top 15.
- @NZHarty You got your title shot by declining some other ones first?
