Sure. It is attached here. However, after speaking to Sony customer service while trying to get a refund for the purchases, it turned out that somehow I had a European version of the game instead of a North American version. So anything from the PlayStation Store will not load on that version. So I guess my issue is resolved unless it happens again once I get the correct version of the game.

Thank you for following up. That is definitely why the content wouldn't show up. PlayStation has regional locks for digital content so if you have a different regional version of the game that is why the DLC won't connect.
Please let us know if the issue persists if you end up getting the DLC for the correct region.

I purchased the UFC4 Deluxe Edition with all DLC on PS4 some time last year. Only ever played it once. Decided to give it a go tonight and lo and behold Bruce Lee and Brock Lesnar are locked.
Restored licenses. They are still locked.
Checked store on PS App. Deluxe Edition is nowhere to be found. From the UFC 4 page I click on Add-Ons. For some reason it only says Brock Lesnar and Joshua whatever is purchased, and everything else says not purchased.
What in the ever-loving-DRM is going on with this?

Please fix this. I would also appreciate an e-mail from support. I only found this thread while Googling the problem only to find that a throng of other people are experiencing similar issues. I just want what I paid for.
