That error code is related to the age of an EA account. You may need to update your account to an adult account, please see this article below.     I got this code today trying to login to Star Wars Squadrons via Steam. I'm 38, my account even says I'm 38. I'm older than when the internet became available to the general public. I'm 3 years younger than EA itself. So please, go ahead and tell me I have to "Age up" my account that has existed since I became an adult.

  • Clearly not the issue here. Glad to see your support services are as broken as your games, as if I needed another reason not to play them
