Hey guys, I was having trouble saving my game face as well...After hours of forum searching, i put a few methods together and managed to save it.

Browser: Firefox

Platform: Ps4

When signing into Game Face the website asks for your persona default, i was choosing EA beforehand.

I tried the Ps4 persona, uploaded my face and tried to save....Wahlah It saved....
