We have several threads on this with various workaround fixes in each one. With Game Face it's difficult to find a one-solution-for-all because everyone is on different web browsers, Windows versions, image types, and so forth. I recommend taking a look through these threads below which have helped most players out with issues getting the picture to drag to the center.
