Are you both using Firefox with the most recent Flash update?

I have Firefox, the latest Flash, Unitymedia, i tried it also with Opera, i got stuck at "please wait" . Very annoying, what to i have to do ?

Are your gaming and EA accounts linked as per this article: http://help.ea.com/en/article/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag/

I have also tried too many times to finish saving... it says plaese wait...

Please try it yourself and see the problem. I have followed all your recommendations and nada, be serious and fix it.

I do not understand why some times it works and suddenly it just does not.

I hope that, like on other occasions, you can fix this promptly.

I have exactly the same probem as Enex_gl.  I have every possible thing updated in multiple browsers. My pictures are uploaded and rendered fine, but when I try to save the "saving" window pops up and stays up infinitely. Whether I apply changes to the generic avatar with my face or not.

The problem is that your account isn't linked to anything.

I tried to use it using my Origin account, and it didn't work.

Switching it to my XBOX 360 account, and it worked first time. You should try this.

My account is linked and everything is updated properly...I still can't save.  Just sits at please wait and never saves.

Well...it finally saved after going in and out of the site multiple times.  Now when uploading to NCAA Football 14 it doesn't look anything like the uploaded picture.  Plus when I imported the game face, the music started skipping and crackling...really weird.  I have the downloaded version, I just had to restart the game...Now I restarted the game, uploaded game face and it completely removed the sound...

I'm trying to resave a new face but nothing is changing anymore.

The game face is not saving on the EA website.  Please fix this problem as soon as you can.

How come you don't address those who say that their accounts *are* linked, and they are using FF and all the latest updates. I'm having this same issue too and just ignoring 90% of the posts doesn't really help anyone.

Updated flash. Downloaded extensions. They are allowed or "always active"... and yet... I can't seem to get this game face thing to function right. It took forever just to get the picture uploaded and now when I am trying to save it is just sitting and spinning "please wait"....

Please fix this. I would like to be able to use this feature.

Not working for me either, and there are no instructions on the post that is meant to have the compiled information, other than enabling the pluggins and using Firfefox/Safari. (neither work)

I dont know what you did but ITS WORKING now.. i saved my gameface succesfully..

but now the new problem is when i load gameface (in ufc2) game dont load my new gameface but the old one (the generic one i saved once just for testing)..i heard this problem happened before..so yes..i still CANT LOAD MY GAMEFACE.

PLEASE FIX IT
