Do you still need help with Game Face? It sounds like you might not be signed into the EA account that has your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag linked to it.
Try logging into Help.EA.com using your Xbox or PlayStation credentials and at the top visit "Account" and select Change Email Address. You'll be able to verify the correct email address that your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID is linked to. Make sure you're logging into the Game Face site with that email address.
