Do you still need help with Game Face? It sounds like you might not be signed into the EA account that has your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag linked to it.

Try logging into Help.EA.com using your Xbox or PlayStation credentials and at the top visit "Account" and select Change Email Address. You'll be able to verify the correct email address that your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID is linked to. Make sure you're logging into the Game Face site with that email address.

Hi @EA_Blueberry , Still having the "There was an error uploading your photos and generating your Game Face. Please try again." issue on my Game Face uploads.
Been trying this upload attempts almost daily but still can't have a successful upload. Can we raise this with the concerned team. Tried both on Chrome and Firefox but of no good. Thanks in advance.

@Captain_Jepoy There is never going to be a fix. Been 3 years for me trying to generate even ONE gameface, yet here we are years later still the same awful EA service

Hi @pearlking06 are you also loading image on White back ground? that one I am still yet to try and see if it will work on my end.
