It's likely you are both logging in from the incorrect account. I removed your image above to help protect your account. 

Steps:

1. Visit profile.ea.com
2. Go to the Connections Tab
3. If you see your PSN ID/Gamertag there you are on the correct account. Reset your password
4. If you DO NOT see your PSN ID/Gamertag that means you are logged in under the wrong EA account.
5. If you are unable to locate the EA account that has your Gamertag/PSN ID linked to it please contact our Support team for account recovery.
