Re: I'm done. Thanks guys.

@DolphinSeaweed Yeah, I mean sure. I bet 0 people have bought points and I don't see people spending money on stupid clothes. Maybe I should have said 'successful' MT's. Idk. You know what i mean.

@MatthewMcGeary I see what you're saying now. I think it's hard to say whether their new micro-transactions are successful or not though and I guarantee they weren't planning on them being unsuccessful. UFC 2, 3, and 4 all have the same UFC point packs the only difference is what you spend those points on in the game. You and I might think the new clothes are stupid and overpriced but it only takes a few whales to like them.

Ultimate Team mode didn't make any sense in a sport where there are no teams. They had to do something different with it but doing something different isn't cheap. Modeling a few clothing items and then re-texturing them a bunch is way cheaper and easier than actually developing a new mode which would have to include micro-transactions and also makes sense for MMA.

I'd bet they saved money during production by copy everything from UFC 3, cutting out modes, slapping a new paint coat on it and calling it UFC 4.
