I know coming suddenly coming across an account error isn't the most fun experience when you're diving into a newly purchased game, but our Support team will need to address this. A password reset can help fix this for some players, however if it doesn't we'll need you to get in touch with an EA Advisor to overlook your account to see what's blocking access. There may be account information on there that needs to be updated. As much as we would like to help walk you through account changes, we take account security very seriously, therefore must ask for you to visit the proper channel to get this addressed to ensure the highest level of account security is enacted.

I downloaded UFC 4 yesterday and it said account invalid as soon as the game loaded up, hasn't even given me the chance to enter my EA account details, I've reset my password, power cycled my xbox and changed my profile pic, its still not letting me enter my EA account details, says I wont be able to use the online features unless I create an EA account but it isn't giving me the option to sign in.
I’ve reset my password, restarted and rebooted the game and reached out to the “contact option” with no help. At this point I’m about to demand a refund
I have tried all the above suggestions, to no avail. I was originally locked out of just the online gameplay, but now it just throws me back to the dashboard every time I try to even play. Very frustrating as I paid full price and pre ordere it and as usual it seems to be impossible to get any real help. Just asked to post a ticket or go to a different link or change a picture or a password....how about the game just works when its released?

same issue....I've done a password reset. NO LUCK. Haven't been able to access my account since buying the game. As stated, I can't try logging into a different EA account, it bumps right back to the mainscreen. Help chat was zero help.

Horrible having the same issue, and we are left to just deal with it. I pre ordered this and I’m very disappointed.

This didn’t work for me, does anyone have any other ideas?
I had the same issue until yesterday. I reset my EA password on my phone. Turn the game on>go to settings within the game’s home screen>Scroll down to account>EA Account>This should show your account info(Don’t click anything just back out of settings and for some reason it connects).
I have to do this every time i play the game. It’s pretty ridiculous honestly but it’s nice to be able to do the career because it actually saves.
