To start a new case and begin a chat, please follow these steps:
Go to our website, the EA Help homepage, by visiting this link: https://help.ea.com/help-home/
Type 'EA App' in the search bar.
Click on "See all help topics."
Choose the "Manage my account" category.
Select "I need help logging in to my EA Account."
Start a chat with one of our support representatives.
Are you sure about that?? I already did that couple of times and nothing happend
If i follow all your steps it leads me to nowhere. Its just an endless loop with some kind of information that dont help me.
I cant even start a chat it only takes me to an information page
How many cases wants ea me to open untill they help me. Its really weird
Why have you made it so difficult to open a case? Why is it that i must solve riddles and read between the lines in order to open a ticket? Who am i trying to get in contact with, alexander the great? How difficult is it for your room temp iq team to create a tab that clearly says "OPEN TICKET"??? hire me, ill do it in 30 minutes.
Obviously, it's because they don't want people to open cases.
