I recommend deleting your Gamertag from your profile and re-add it to see if corrupted cloud data is causing the inconsistencies you're seeing with the shorts.

Keep in mind that by sharing the game across to other Gamertag profiles on your console does not mean those accounts will get access to the content you purchased under your primary account, as that content is tied to that specific EA account.
