Re: Step 5 will not complete

I had the same issue, and it was related to the windows version I was using (10 pro). I have been troubled with this for a complete month, never got an answer from EA, and just yesterday I tried from a different laptop (with windows 8.1), and it worked at the first try. Then I used my laptop again, and it wouldn't do it, then back to windows 8.1 and worked again, so... I guess the problem is the windows version. I hope this works for you...
