Re: To Those with GameFace and Redirect issues...

I have been able to log into Game Face today this way, assuming your accounts are linked and you have installed the web plugin:

  1. Sign in at http://www.easports.com/gameface
  2. Go to Services, Game Face
  3. Click your account name
  4. Click Go To Game Face Profile
  5. Click Edit Your Game Face

It may help to clear your browser cache and cookies before trying to sign in.

Do post to let us know if this does not work for you.

    Congrats, apparently the guys running your phone support are recieving the same redirect loop we are.  Perhaps you should harness the power of that controlled environment and figure out the problem?  Or just tell them to clear their cache as well (lol) and look the other way...

    Confirmed not working (IE, FireFox, Safari, Chrome) based on the exact same information for the 8th time.  Instead of regurgitating the exact same, unsuccessful processes over and over a simple "We are experiencing issues" type notice would be way more effective and well recieved.

    In b4 next fool working for you guys reads only the title and copies and pastes stupid, irrelevant links.

    The website link is BROKEN. No one else but you is able to log into gameface. No one. Not one person. The website is broken, and a piece of trash. Every time anyone at all tries click your link, or tries to activate game face on the stupid website, it redirects them to the home page. It does not work, and I have no **bleep** idea how it will ever work, considering EA doesn't know what the **bleep** they're doing.

    Really this is just an annoyance for me even though I'm here complaining about this missing feature.  The first few days my controller felt "broken" but now it's pretty fluid and I have fun.  Seems you can get it on Craigslist for $40 and save $20. 

    What angers me is how they do not centralize support in this forum.  It is so dumb that if I want to find out if there is a gameface fix I have to go dig through multiple posts...  FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LOCK THEM ALL.

    THEN create a sticky that everyone gets drawn into that will be updated with a solution.  Seriously 101 stuff.

    But then again I guess EA's track record speaks for its self.

    I mean honestly all of you dumd a** advisors keep giving us the same sh** about clearing cache, and you guys obviously see it doesnt work. come on ea quit with the bs

    i think they do know what there doing they hve made hitgame after hit game that you yourself have bought. They are probably just experiencing a problem or problems.Clam down they will probably fix this i am mad too.
