True, I'm curious if this is ISP related though. We're able to login to the site without any issues

What ISPs do you all have and what region are you in?

VPN I've also tested that no matter which country I connect to, it has no effect at all. It's useless to enter the site. The key is step 5. Whether the game faces can be generated smoothly is the key

@AbC6909a2657026I have same problem with you recently I think everyone has the same problem since last week except EA_blueberry. He keeps answering same thing and copy the previous answer. I tried everysolution on this website but failed and have same error in step 5.

Adding a red area letter at the back of the website will skip multiple directions, but the error of generating game face will occur， The browser used is Firefox  Google Chrome

Can you provide me this specific info please? We're in the process of gathering as much info as we can to send it up to the team.

I get all the way through the steps and on the final step, step 5, as it says it’s generating it tells me, “There was an error uploading your photos and generating your game face. Please try again.” 
I’ve tried everything and it won’t work.

I am in the Midwest region of USA
