@EA_Blueberry No. I also deleted previous saved game, and start all over, but the problem no disappeared. I turn off the console from power gor few minutes, but won't help either.

When you say you can only play in offline mode, are you talking about offline modes or is it saying you can't connect to the EA servers?- @EA_Blueberry When I turn off the Internet/ disconnected my PS5 from internet the game starts. But when I have Internet connection the game stuck on first loading screen and won't start.

Does it say your profile is offline? @EA_Blueberry When I'm online, my profile have online status. I am not getting any messages that I am offline or something like that. Just the game stuck on that screen (picture in attachment), and won't start. :/

It sounds like this is related to connectivity to the servers. You said you already tried reinstalling the game. Have you tried checking your PlayStation to see if there is a software update? - @EA_Blueberry Yes...game is reinstalled. And the console and game is updated.
I am tired of this situation because I bought this game, and for four day I do my best to play it - but I can't... so if you can tell me how to get a refund I would be grateful. - EA_Blueberry

I forgot to ask you, do you have anything plugged into your console's USB slots? We've seen some devices in the past cause loading screens to get stuck.
