When you visit your Xbox/Microsoft account do you see an active EA Access membership or does it show pending?

It says active or atleast has a tick in the box like I have 3 accounts I've got ea access on all 3 and xbox live on all 3 and it still will not work I haven't even played 2 mins of the trial yet I've been speaking to ea all day and they said the problem is on the players end not there's. I'm on my account that I already have ea access and xbox live and that doesnt work either. The fact you can't download it from ea access and have to do it from the store ea access details esnt even read that you have the game installed it still asks you to install the game just proves that the problem must be on ea side not the players. 

I don't have any updates pending and yes I've done that about 10 times and still doesn't work 

 To me it doesn't make sense that they can have known about this problem since Saturday and its still not sorted, even if they just took it off ea access until it was sorted. 

Apparently they do not care and the game comes out Friday lol
