Some questions for you, sorry to hear about the experience you're going through.

• What region are you located in?
• Is your Xbox's timezone on the console match up where you live? 
• Has someone in your household played the Play First Trial on the same console from a different Gamertag already?
• Do you have anything plugged into your console's USB slot?

To the first question, I live in Los Angeles, CA. The time zones are matched up correctly. Nobody but myself plays on my Xbox, so there isn’t anyone else to do that. I do have a controller charger station plugged into my USB port.

Thanks for getting back to me with the info I needed.

Can you try unplugging that controller charged station from your Xbox? I've seen that cause strange loading issues in the past.

@EA_BlueberryI'm having the issue I got in contact with EA support and was told it was a known issue is it fixed yet I have a active EA membership tried uninstall and power cycle tried soft factory reset 

Is EA Access being shared to you via the home console setting? 

Can you try going to the primary account and toggle home console off, try it, then try turning home console back on if that doesn't fix it? 

I have played 10 hours on my main account and have now purchased ea access on a second account, will this stop me from playing as i can not get into the game. Keeps saying “ do you own this game”

To fix this you'll need to uninstall the game off the console, then log in with your Gamertag that you want to play the 10 hours on and re-download the game from the EA Access Play First Trial hub. It's asking you "do you own this game" on your secondary Gamertag because it's registering the 10 hours are up from the game that is currently installed on the system. Once deleted, installed on the new Gamertag will reset that error message.

Same problem and I've done the steps you said, however, in EA Access Hub it says download failed. It then redirects me to the Microsoft store and prompts me to download trail from there. When it finishes it goes back to "Do You Own This Game'. Not sure what to do now.

• Region you're living in the world
• Were you able to access the Play First Trial before and then it suddenly stopped working (Yes/No)
• Did you pre-order the game? If so, did you pre-order it via the Xbox store or through the tile within UFC 3 or UFC 2? (it will still direct you to the store, but want to know if you did it via the previous UFC games)

You're not able to play the Play First Trial because the account that has the EA Access membership already used it. The EA Access Play First Trials can only be played once on the account that owns the EA Access membership.

It does not work.It gives the Download Failed error. It then redirects to the store and the download from their does not give their correct permissions for the trial.

I’ve just got ea access and downloaded the trial and it keeps saying I don’t own this game, why is this?
