Have you tried safe mode on PS4? Put in safe mode and rebuild the database. A lot of times when you get those errors, it leaves like an imprint. This happens as well with games freezing and people leaving it on a freeze. That can corrupt the database. So you need to rebuild it. Try that as well as changing your DNS servers to Google's DNS servers. Primary 8.8.8.8 Secondary 8.8.4.4. You might not have to change your DNS server. Power cycle your modem though as this is necessary anyways since they push updates to them and they need "restarted" as well.
