Had same issue, unable to connect to EA servers. Turned out to be the date and time on my console was set in manual to the Wrong Date and Time. Changed the clock settings to automatic internet settings and voila it connected. This is because the date and time doesn't fall into the time frame of the EA servers security certificate date and will not let you connect (its a website security thing).

Try switching between Wi-Fi and a wired connection.
Are you on a restricted network such as University/Corporate/Military?

My id is 4530237289411 I had same same problem, i reset my XboxOne and then tried the game again. This started a update for the game 1.46Gb (BFV). Hope this helps guys!?
