I just fixed this issue for myself.  It happened because EA servers got out of sync with my Sign in on Xbox One S. I signed out of Xbox, started up game and got the default intro. Then I signed in and it synced back up correctly. 

Since EA requires a Gold account it does a check to see if you are signed in correctly. Any issues with that and it will boot u and give that error. 

I got the issue because my xbox one 1st gen was being used upstairs. 

So check to make sure u are signed in and perhaps sign out and in especially if you use your account in multiple places.
