Re: unable to play ufc 4 online ps4

to anyone else reading this that plays on ps4 nothing the ea workers tell you helps, i will tell you what to do right now.

the problem is if u are logged in on another account on your ps4 it wont let you play because its trying to gather that accounts information aswell ,make sure only one account is logged in when you are trying to play online do not have 2 accounts on ,

so the one your not playing on click log out of ps4 and you should be able to play from there.

    Sorry for the late response. If you're still having trouble connecting try updating your EA ID by signing into your account at EA.com or profile.ea.com.

    We've also seen it where if you log out of all PSN IDs on your console and then sign back into your primary account that helps fix connectivity trouble.
