Community AdminAre you trying to upload a high resolution picture that has your face in front of a white only background? Most of the time the errors are due to a picture that isn't in high enough definition and the background isn't a plain white background, and/or the image lighting is too dark.
I've tried multiple different mug shots ranging in resultion using different cameras and different backgrounds nothing works it simply do not work
Community AdminIf you feel comfortable with it, you can private message me one of the images so I can take a look at it. Have you tried using both Firefox and Chrome as the browsers when you're trying to upload it?
I've deleted the images as soon as I'm happy they don't work. And I've tried both chrome and Firefox. And others Cc Browser and opprea browser With Firefox I can move the pic but it fails to make a game face at the end telling me to try later
Honestly I've tried everything I can think of. On a plus side my laptop now runs brilliantly as I went through it and cleaned it right up thinking it maybe my slow running laptop 😁

The issue hasn't changed. I can't drag the image around at all.
the problem has still not been fixed i have tried on multiple pcs and i still cant drag the image it is so frustrating. you could prob drag images back in the dialup days 😂
**edit** ok i finally got it working with firefox yay haha
