@EA_Blueberry Having the same issue with the error at the end, have tried on firefox, chrome, incognito mode, sizes are correct, against a plain white background.. all resulting with the error message at the end

Thanks for your patience. Do you have any pop up blockers and do you have browser toolbars installed at the top of your browser?

If you change the file to PNG or JPG does that help at all? We've seen players fix this by reinstalling their browser most of the time. Troubleshooting for this has been difficult because the fix for everyone can vary, so it's a matter of trying to see what helps resolve it for your system.
